|Basic Service includes Timesheets, Project Allocation, Vacation Management, Expense Submission, Staff Directory, Company Calendar, and Management Reports.
Premium Service includes all the features of Basic Service + Online Document Library, Automatic e-mail feature to all the staff regarding Calendar events, WAP enabled Timesheet, and a dedicated Database. top
|How do I put in my time and allot it do different projects?|
|Go to the 'time log' and automatically it picks today. Then put in the 'Time In' and 'Time Out' for the day. In 'Not Worked', put the time you took off, such as for lunch. Then click 'Allocate Hours' button, and it will automatically take you to the Time Allocation template where you can allocate the time you worked on various projects. The total working hours must be exactly allocated to various projects, or it won't let you continue. top|

|Anyone who has been assigned 'Manager' or 'Corporate' privilege within her/his Staff Profile. Staff Profile can be edited by someone with 'Corporate' privilege only through Admin > Staff section. top|
|Do all the vacation requests go to one person?|
|No, it only goes to the Manager for the respective staff. Manager of the requesting staff or anyone with 'Corporate' privilege has the authority to approve vacations through Admin > Vacation section. top|
|Does it support multiple organizational reporting levels or management hierarchy?|
|Yes, this system puts no limit in terms of number of levels in an organizational reporting hierarchy. Application is controlled through a 3-level privilege system which is independent of reporting levels. top|
|What formats do the documents have to be in?|
|They can be in html, Word, Excel or pdf format to activate search. Any other format could still be stored to be downloaded by anyone with access privileges, but the content would not be indexed for a search against it. top|
|Are the admin privileges for all staffs or those with Manager or Corporate privilege?|
|Admin applies to all Staff. However, different features within the Admin section apply for different privileges. Example, only someone with 'Manager' privilege can approve the completed Timesheets, Vacation or submitted Expenses for their assigned Staff. However, all staff can change their personal access username/ password. top|
|Can I change my own password or must I go through an administrator?|
|Yes, you can change your own password without going through an administrator. top|
|Is there a way to print out the timesheets, projects, and vacations?|
|User your browser's File > Print menu to print your screen content. Also, you can download as Comma Delimited file for use in Excel or other applications by clicking on 'Download' within the respective sections. top|
|Who else has acccess to our company information?|
|No one but your company's administrators and staff with proper access priveleges can access your information. The secure access server requires a VALID user name and password. Only authorized personnel responsible for etimemanager would have restricted access to the information. top|
